During the life of Ellel Ministries the need to have a centre which ran a longer term training school steadily emerged. In 1994 the Pierrepont estate, in Surrey, came on the market. Until then a boys' boarding school, the property was purchased with gifts and loans in 1995.

Pierrepont was to become the home of the long term residential Training School called NETS (The Luke Nine Eleven Training School). We believe God will bring people from every country in the world to Pierrepont to be strengthened and encouraged in their knowledge of God's love and His Word and be trained to minister more effectively in evangelism and healing. Pierrepont also runs a programme of short courses and Healing Retreats.

Pierrepont is a 35 acre estate, incorporating a 19th century English country house, and is bordered by a meandering river. It offers a variety of pleasant accommodation for up to 200 guests ranging from single and double rooms with or without en-suite, to shared rooms. There are spacious lounge facilities and study areas, a Christian library and a bookshop. Pierrepont also offers an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and wonderful walks within the estate and in the surrounding countryside.
